This limited seating crop will fill up quickly, register today!  Homecoming means traditions and we have so many to celebrate!  Our philanthropy, our spirit and maybe a little healthy competition!  It's our 25th Crop so come ready to celebrate!!

Kick off our Spirit Week(end) with theme days, tailgating on Thursday, Hall of Fame Dinner on Friday night and the Paper Bowl on Saturday.

  • Famed Loxley's restaurant serving delicious food and beverages

Charity of Choice - we will be collecting items for the Mt. Washington Pediatric Hospital.   A suggestion list will be published a few weeks before the crop but based on the items donated previously, they were thrilled to receive items for older kids (middle/high school age), as well as sensory and stress relieving items like play dough.  We are so thankful that you guys are so supportive!
Make your deposit by the July 1 deadline!   Balance due September 15th, 2019. 

$100 non-refundable deposit due by July 1, 2019
Double room rate - $280.00 per person ($180 balance after deposit)
Triple/Quad room rate - $240 per person ($140 balance after deposit)
Thursday night addition rate - $100.00 per person






Magical Scrapbooking Weekend

Need some Hakuna Matata?  Just think happy thoughts and join us for our Magical Scrapbook Crop.  Arrive extra-early on Thursday!  Set up and start scrapping as early as noon!  Table decorating contest, page contests, raffles and plenty of opportunities to win prizes!  Whether you’re a princess or jungle animal, you’ll have a magical time!
